By incorporating a new proprietary blocking reagent and a new supersensitive HRP substrate in the One-Step WesternTM Kits, we are proud to offer customers high quality results and higher sensitivity, which allow using much less antibodies. It works by effectively blocking non-specific binding of primary and secondary antibodies and by selectively enhancing binding between primary and secondary antibodies.

2. The 2nd generation One-Step WesternTM technology provides better sensitivity and lower background than ever! Besides that, it reduces your budget from $24 per blot to $19 after discount, plus priceless time saving.

3. The second generation One-Step WesternTM procedure is as simple as a-b-c:
       a: Pretreat your transferred blot with the mixture of Solution A and B for 5 min;
       b: Incubate your blot with the mixture of your primary antibodies , solution WB-1 and WB-2 for 40 min (Pre-mixture primary antibody and WB-1 solution 40min, then add into WB-2 solution);
       c: Develop the signal with the choice of HRP substrate or TMB substrate.
