6. Comprehensive Package: GenScript's one-stop antibody services are tailored to each customer's unique needs. For example, the antigen design (OptimumAntigen^TM) process and selection of carrier protein are dictated in part by the customer's intended final application. In addition, we adjust the immunization dosage and number of booster immunizations according to the initial antisera titer from each animal.

For any protein antigen (3 mg, >75% purity, 90% preferred) we guarantee a polyclonal antibody with positive Western blot results and an ELISA titer of 1:20,000 or better for any host. Or we will restart the project free of charge until the guarantee is met.

2. We guarantee two positive clones for monoclonal antibodies developed in any host if peptide antigens were designed, synthesized, and conjugated by GenScript. For any protein antigen (at least 2 mg, > 85% purity) we guarantee two positive clones with positive Western blot results for any host, or client pays only $800 set up fee.
