One-Step WesternTM Epitope Tag Kit
| Based on its breakthrough One-Step technology, GenScript provides One-Step WesternTM Epitope-Tag Kits, designed for fast and sensitive detection of epitope-tagged proteins by either Western or Dot blot analysis.
One-Step WesternTM Epitope-Tag Kits
include DYKDDDDK-Tag Western Kit (L00215), GST-Tag Western Kit (L00211),
HA-Tag Western Kit (L00214), His-Tag Western Kit (L00212), and Trx-Tag
Western Kit (L00213). These kits contain all the reagents, membrane,
HRP substrate necessary for a western or dot blot. Western blotting
using these kits need neither primary antibody nor secondary antibody.

2. Shown below is a western blot detection of DYKDDDDK-tagged protein using
the GenScript One-Step WesternTM DYKDDDDK-Tag Kit (L00215). 100 ng, 50 ng, 25
ng, 13 ng, 6.3 ng, and 3.1 ng of Flag-BAP (Sigma, P7582) were loaded in
Lane 1, Lane 2, Lane 3, Lane 4, Lane 5, and Lane 6, respectively. The
blot was developed with the LumiSensor system included in the kit. The
exposure time was two minutes. |

using the GenScript One-Step WesternTM Trx Detection Kit (L00213). 50 ng,
25 ng, 12 ng, 6.2 ng, 3.1 ng, 1.6 ng, and 0.8 ng of Trx were loaded in
Lane 1, Lane 2, Lane 3, Lane 4, Lane 6, and Lane 7, respectively. The
blot was developed with the LumiSensor system included in the kit. A
few ng of Trx can be cleanly detected via western blot using the
One-Step WesternTM Trx Detection Kit. |

GenScript One-Step WesternTM GST Blot Kit (L00211). 500 ng, 167 ng, 55.6
ng, 18.5 ng, 6.17 ng, 2.05 ng and 0.69 ng of GST were loaded in Lane 1,
Lane 2, Lane 3, Lane 4, Lane 5, Lane 6, and Lane 7, respectively. The
blot was developed with the LumiSensor system included in the kit. |
