Mouse Anti-IP-10 Monoclonal Antibody reacts with recombinant human IP-10 fusion protein. The immunogen used to produce Mouse Anti IP-10 antibody was recombinant human IP-10 expressed in PET32a produced in E. coli.
Spleen cells were fused with SP2/0-Ag14 mouse myeloma cells.
Reconstitute the lyophilized product with deionized water (or equivalent) to make antibody concentration of 0.5 mg/ml.
The antibody is stable in lyophilized form if stored at -20°C or below. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for 2-3 weeks at 2-8°C. For long term storage, aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.
Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. Appropriate concentrations will be affected by several factors, including secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, sensitivity of detection method, temperature, and length of incubations, etc. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product. ELISA: 0.1-1.0 µg/ml Western blot: 1.0-2.0 µg/ml
