Specificity

Rabbit Anti Integrin β3 (Phospho-Tyr⁷⁷³) detects endogenous levels of Integrin β3 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 773.

Concentration

1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol

Immunogen

Synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human Integrin β3 around the phosphorylation site of tyrosine 773 (P-L-Y^P-K-E)

Purification Method

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
