Purification Method
 GenScript Rabbit Anti-Tau (Phospho-Ser396) Polyclonal Antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
