Specificity

GenScript Rabbit Anti-JunD (Phospho-Ser²⁵⁵) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of JunD only when phosphorylated at serine 255.

Concentration

1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol

Immunogen

Synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human JunD around the phosphorylation site of serine 255 (G-E-S^P-P-P)

Purification Method

The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
