Specificity

Immunogen

Synthesized phosphopeptide derived from human DNA PKcs around the phosphorylation site of threonine 2609 (V-E-T^P-Q-A).

Purification Method

GenScript Rabbit Anti-DNA PKcs (Phospho-Thr²⁶⁰⁹) Polyclonal Antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
