Specificity

GenScript Rabbit Anti-PKR (Phospho-Thr⁴⁵¹) Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of PKR only when phosphorylated at threonine 451.

Purification Method

GenScript Rabbit Anti-p56Dok-2 (Phospho-Tyr²⁹⁹) Polyclonal Antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
