TrkA Antibody, pAb, Rabbit

*This product has been discontinued!*
TrkA is one member of Trk receptor tyrosine kinase family that consists of TrkA, TrkB and TrkC. TrkA plays an important role in proliferation and maturation of the nervous system. TrkA phosphorylation at Tyr490 is required for Shc association and activation of the Ras-MAP kinase cascade. TrkA kinase activity depends on phosphorylation of residues Tyr674/675 within catalytic domain. TrkA signals growth arrest and differentiation of cells originating from the neural crest, and can serve as a prognostic marker in neuroblastomas.GenScript Rabbit Anti-TrkA Polyclonal Antibody is developed in rabbit using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide from C-terminal of human TrkA (Swiss Prot: P04629).
