Target Background nfluenza A (H1N1) virus is a subtype of influenzavirus A and the most common cause of influenza (flu) in humans. A strain of swine-origin H1N1 was responsible for the 2009 flu pandemic. NP (nucleocapsid protein) encapsulates the negative strand viral RNA, protecting it from nucleases. NP is responsible of the active RNP import into the nucleus through the cellular importin alpha/beta pathway.GenScript Rabbit Anti-H1N1 NP Polyclonal Antibody is developed in rabbit using a KLH-coupled synthetic peptide from C-terminal of Influenza A (H1N1) 2009 virus NP protein (GenBank: CY040002).
Synonyms Rabbit Anti-H1N1 NP polyclonal antibody; nucleocapsid protein of Influenza A Virus antibody
