Genome-wide design for siRNA:
siRNA for all genes in human, mouse, and rat genome.
GenScript Genome-Wide Bio-Reagent Bank (GenPool) is a database for pre-designed reagents. Currently, it includes pre-designed siRNA for all human, mouse, and rat genes. Genes in this database are organized based on families, pathways, and research topics. The cDNA sequence records in this database are well annotated with SNP sites and Exon boundaries.
- Human Genes: 29207
- Mouse Genes: 26952
- Rat Genes: 23980
Key Features of GenPool:
- State-of-art design algorithm.
Our design saves your time and maximize your chance of a succesful experiment.
for siRNA, GenScript's design algorithm includes analysis for sequence specificity, thermodynamic property, complexity, secondary structure, and SNP. Please see GenScript's publication in Bioinformatics to learn more about the design.
- Comprehensive gene collection.
We include all the genes in NCBI RefSeq database (e.g NM_001001, or XM_359420) for all human, mouse, and rat genes.
- Easy online order for one gene, a few genes, or a gene family.
You can search for your interested genes by name, accession (e.g NM_001001, or XM_359420), or sequence. Follow the link to add reagents to the Cart. You may browse through the protein families, pathways, and reserach topics to identify the genes that you are interested.
