GenScript offers several convenient ways to place orders, make payments, and save money. Please see the instructions below for more detail.

	Registration: We recommend that you create a free account with GenScript. This will allow you to place orders online, view your ordering history, track your projects, access and data reports, and communicate with GenScript personnel. In addition, every online account generates VIP Points, which can be redeemed for promotion codes and other special offers.
	Using the Shopping Cart: You can add any item to your shopping cart from any part of the GenScript website for easy access later. To search for GenScript products and services, please try these alphabetical and numerical product lists.
	Quick Order: If you know the catalog number of the product you want to order, please click here for quick order.
	Payment Options: We accept purchase orders (PO) and major credit cards (). A 7% New Jersey sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to New Jersey. Your credit card will be billed under 'GenScript Corp.'. Click here to download our credit reference form. For international orders, we must apply the full charge at the time the order is placed.In the unlikely event that any given order cannot be filled, our guarantee will take the form of a full refund.
	Shipping Policy: GenScript can ship packages by UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We are pleased to provide international shipping. Click here for estimated shipping fees to locations outside the US.
	Promotions: As you close your order, you will have the opportunity to enter a GenScript promotion code. In addition to our many special offers for first-time customers and special products and services, all GenScript registered accounts generate VIP Points and VIP Coupons under regular use.

• Name of the principal investigator
• Name and phone number of the end user
• Billing address
• Shipping address
• Name and phone number of the purchasing agent
• The product's catalog number or description
• The desired number of products

Our online ordering system is available 24 hours a day. GenScript's regular business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. If you would like to place an order after hours or on a weekend, then either fax us your order form or place a message on our phone system. All orders placed outside of regular business hours will receive immediate attention on the following work day.
