Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing cell-based assays to support internal and external research projects. The ideal candidate should excel in the field of biochemistry, cellular and molecular biology. He will work with a group of talented and dedicated colleagues as well as collaborate with our Pharma and Biotech clients to develop assays and screen the compounds. He will play a pivotal role in leading and mentoring a group of scientists and provide scientific knowledge and technical expertise to the team.

RequirementsJob requirements 1. Ph. D. MD, or Ph.D./MD degree in the life sciences (e.g. physiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, pharmacology, etc.). Postdoctoral experience or experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries is preferred. 2. Extensive expertise in cell-based assay development and statistical assay validation on drug screening. Excellent experience in the functional characterization of cells. 3. Knowledge and hands-on experience in cellular and molecular biology is a must. 4. Broad knowledge in cell biology and other related disciplines 5. The abilities to work independently and to demonstrate the excellent project management skills and work efficiency in a dynamic environment 6. Outstanding oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. 7. 1-2 year experience in high throughput screening would be an asset.
