Order Cancellation Policy | | All cancellation must be received in writing by e-mail (Send to order@genscript.com with Order ID Number in subject line). Cancellation of service in progress will incur partial charge proportional to the percentage of the work completed at the time of cancellation. If your project is delayed, once proved as a signification deviation from the industry average delivery time for the particular service, though rarely happens at GenScript, the customer is entitled to receive partial compensation discount, which is calculated by discounting the total project fee by the percentage of the delay over the promised delivery period. Cancellations must be received prior to shipment of the material or delivery of the project. GenScript reserves the right to refuse order cancellations and issuing of compensation discount.
