1st boost ≈6 weeks Day 14 0.1 mg per rat peptide-KLH conjugate, IFA, i.p.
Test bleed and ELISA ≈8 weeks Day 24 0.01-0.02 ml serum per rat. ELISA and initial response evaluation.
2nd boost ≈9 weeks Day 35 0.1 mg per rat peptide-KLH conjugate, IFA, i.p.
Test bleed and ELISA ≈11 weeks Day 45 0.01-0.02 ml serum per rat. ELISA and initial response evaluation.
