If customers could supply expression protocol of their proteins, we recommend our Economic Package for Bacterial Expression, as a more economic solution.

1 Listed is the typical turnaround time at GenScript. Please note that additional requirements may incur additional steps, and likewise longer processing time.

2 FREE Western QC data is available for tagged proteins that can be detected by the anti-His or anti-GST antibody. For other tagged proteins, additional charges may apply.

3 Optional MALDI-TOF data is available with additional charge.

4 Listed service specifications are applied to kinases activity assays. For proteases and other enzymes, service specifications, price, and timeline will depend on individual project.

5 Protein substrate is available with additional charge and time.

This service can be expanded to include tag removal, endotoxin removal, and additional custom purification for a separate fee.
