Chimeric Antibody Generation
For research or therapeutic use, monoclonal antibodies need to be engineered to preserve binding properties and reduce the risk of them evoking immune response. GenScript has developed advanced technology to rapidly express full length recombinant antibodies with the desired traits. You may rely on our ISO 9001:2000 certified chimeric antibody generation service (Cat.No.: SC1409) to get enough materials for your in vitro and in vivo assay. In addition, GenScript will not retain any intellectual rights from customers following the use of our recombinant antibodies.
Service Details:
Antibody variable region together with your desired constant domain will be subcloned into mammalian expression vector for chimeric construction. After recombination and sequence confirmation, the expression vectors will be co-transfected for transient expression into cell line. Post-transfection supernatant will be purified in one step. The concentration and purity of the final product will be analyzed and 2 mg of recombinant antibody will be delivered.
Quality control of the final product involves SDS-PAGE and Western blotting or ELISA test.
An optional FACS analysis is suggested to validate chimeric antibody/Fc fusion protein construct binding activity to target cell line.
