6X Loading Buffer with Agarose Gel Loading Dye

This dye is used as a loading dye for DNA/RNA samples and DNA markers in agarose gels. It contains Bromophenol Blue and Xylene cyanol as tracking dye during electrophoresis. The EDTA is included in the solution to protect sample from nuclease degradation.

Glycerol	60%
Tris-HCl (pH 7.6)	10 mM
EDTA	60 mM
Bromophenol Blue	0.03%
Xylene Cyanol FF	0.03%
