Peptide library: Overlapping peptides are synthesized according to the protein sequences provided by the customer. Libraries will be constructed using these peptides or by customers specific requirements.
Detection: Screening of peptide library against customer samples: control incubation (optional), detection antibody incubation, data generation, data analysis, and final report.

| Customer should submit the protein/peptide sequence, protein/peptide sample, target antibody sample (for screening), and control antibody sample (optional) for the services.
Please submit the samples according to the requirements suggested below.
Protein/Peptide sequence: Please submit the sequence of your protein/peptide via our Secure Online Messaging System, or or send the sequence along with the epitope mapping quotation form by email.
Protein/Peptide samples: Please mail about 5 µg of protein/peptide samples (dissolved in PBS, pH 8.0-8.5, shipped at -20℃) to detect the binding activity between protein/peptide and antibody samples.
Antibody samples: Please mail > 50 µg of samples for each incubation. (powder shipped at 2-8℃, or dissolved in PBS, pH 8.0-8.5, shipped at -20℃)

Deliverables: The final report, including details of work performed and data analysis on epitope alignment
Turnround time: Within 4-6 weeks
