Description |
The Prestained DNA KB Ladder is suitable for sizing double-stranded DNA from 500 bp to 10,000 bp. The Prestained DNA KB Ladder is consisted of the following 9 fragments: 500 bp, 1,000 bp, 2,000 bp, 3,000 bp, 4 ,000 bp, 5,000 bp, 6,000 bp, 8,000 bp and 10,000 bp. The double stranded ladder can be visualized on 0.8% to 1.2% precast agarose gels or pure agarose gels in UV transilluminator. |

Quality Control |
• Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 500 bp and 10 kb are
accurate in size and distinguishable. The 3 kb band is easily identified than any other bands.
• Incubation of 5 μl of the DNA KB Ladder in restriction enzyme buffer overnight at 37°C shows absence of visible degradation. |
