Description

The Prestained Middle-Range DNA Marker is suitable for sizing double-stranded DNA from 100 bp to 3,000 bp. The Prestained Middle-Range DNA Marker is consisted of the following 9 fragments: 100 bp, 300 bp, 500 bp, 700 bp, 1,000 bp, 1,500 bp, 2,000 bp and 3,000 bp. The double stranded ladder can be visualized on 1.2% to 2.0% precast agarose gels or pure agarose gels in UV transilluminator.

Quality Control

Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 500 bp and 10,000 bp are accurate in size and distinguishable. The 3,000 bp band is easily identified than any other bands.
