Concentration |
Supplied as 500 ng/5 ul in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH=7.5), 1 mM EDTA. For ready-to-useTM format, 1X loading buffer has been added to the marker, and the marker is ready for loading to the gel.
Recommended Loading Volume:5 μl (or 1 μl/mm width of gel well) with 1 ul of 6X DNA loading buffer

Quality Control |
• Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 100 bp and 1,500 bp are accurate in size and distinguishable. The 500 bp band is easily identified than any other bands.
• Incubation of 5 μl of the 100 bp DNA Ladder in restriction enzyme buffer overnight at 37°C shows absence of visible degradation. |
