Quality Control |
• Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 100 bp and 2 kb are accurate in size and readily distinguishable. The 500 bp band is at least three times more intense than any other band.
• Incubation of 5 μl of the PCR DNA Ladder in restriction enzyme buffer overnight at 37°C shows absence of visible degradation. |
