Standard Bacterial Expression Package:If you do not foresee any problems with the expression of your
protein, we recommend our Standard Bacterial Expression Package. It
includes subcloning the gene into expression construct,
transformation of the construct into bacterial strain, protein
expression in 1L bacterial culture using our standard induction
procedure, and one-step affinity purification. This service can be
expanded to include tag removal, endotoxin removal, and additional
custom purification for a separate fee.
