GenScript’s One-Step Western^TM Multiplex Fluorescent Kit yields journal quality results in about one hour using our immunodetection technology (patent pending). This kit allows researchers to detect multiple antigens using multiple antibodies on the same membrane at the same time. The process includes 5 minutes incubation of the protein transferred membrane with the pretreat solution and 40 minutes incubation with WB-M solution together with primary antibodies and corresponding fluorescent dye labeled secondary antibodies. After washing three times ten minutes each the membrane can then be scanned on LI-COR Odyssey Infrared Imaging System.
The One-Step Western^TM Multiplex Fluorescent Kit is designed to produce high signal on low background for quick and clear Western analysis for multiple proteins. This kit can be used for any primary antibody raised from rabbit, mouse, and goat. The corresponding fluorescent-dye labeled secondary antibodies are also needed.
