- 1-2mg purified protein immunogen, >50% purity (>75% prefered), >0.4 mg/ml
- If the protein antigen is recombinant protein, please inform which fusion tag was used. And 0.5-1 mg tag is requested for counter screening. Or tag cleaved recombinant protein should be provided.
Or protein immunogen supplied by GenScript (with extra charge):
- Customer provides name, species, sequence, and NCBI accession number for target protein; and full length cDNA plasmid: >500ng.
- If the customer cannot provide plasmid, GenScript can offer gene synthesis service with extra cost and added turnaround time.

Note:
We provide free cell line storage service for 6 months from the date of cell freezing. If customers require continued storage service after the end of six-month period, the charges are set at $60 per cell line (6 vials) per year, and $350 per cell line for working cell bank service (50 vials).

Charge and Refund
1. A prepayment covering 50% project cost is required before project initiation. If GenScript fails to generate a suitable hybridoma clone with positive Western Blot detection of the immunogen protein, the prepayment will be refunded in full.
2. Upon confirmation of a qualified hybridoma clone by the client, the remaining 50% payment shall be paied in full.
