Unlike monoclonal antibodies, polyclonal antibodies correspond to multiple epitopes and tend to contain several immunoglobulin subtypes. They can be used as both primary and secondary antibodies in Westerns, ELISAs, and IHCs. With AAALAC International accredited animal facility, GenScript provides polyclonal antibody services in mouse, rat, rabbit, chicken, goat/sheep, SPF animals, and other species. Our polyclonal antibody packages include antigen design, peptide synthesis, immunization, purification, ELISA test, and lyophilization. Customers can simply select their desired packages and send us their specific requirements, and GenScript will offer antibodies with guaranteed quality.

Guarantees:

Based on our proprietary OptimumAntigen^TM design tool, T-Max^TM adjuvant and nanotechnology, GenScript guarantees to deliver polyclonal antibodies with ELISA titer of 1:32,000 or better developed in any host if peptide antigens were designed, synthesized, and conjugated by GenScript. For any qualified protein antigen (2.5 mg, >85% purity, 90% preferred), we guarantee a polyclonal antibody developed in any host with positive Western blot results and an ELISA titer of 1:32,000 or better in any host. Otherwise, we will restart the project free of charge until guarantees are met.
