Stable Cell Line Development and Antibody Production
Our extensive experience in mammalian cell culture has allowed us to develop several highly effective proprietary technologies for large-scale monoclonal antibody production. Over the years, we have developed and manufactured thousands of monoclonal antibodies. We provide a full range of support services in custom monoclonal antibody production all the way from antibody engineering and cell line establishment to downstream process development for fermentation and GLP-grade manufacturing. Flexible parental cell types (CHO, NS0, BHK, 293, and hybridomas, including adherent culture and suspension culture) are available for development and optimization. Our robust and scalable standard operating procedures in antibody identification and purification can speed up and scale up process development and transfer. GenScript's state-of-the-art bioprocessing facilities enable us to quickly and reliably deliver for both small- and large-scale projects. Our bioreactor system platform gives us antibody fermentation capacity of over 300 L.

- mAb Sequencing: GenScript's advanced technology offers fast and professional sequencing services for your valuable monoclonal antibodies. Our ISO 9001:2000 certified antibody sequencing service can speed and facilitate your patent applications, database banking, and antibody therapeutics.
- Antigen Production: Various antigens can be generated by GenScript's custom peptide service or recombinant protein expression service. We deliver target peptides or proteins at >95% purity.
