Description

MES Monohydrate is also known as [2-(N-Morpholino) ethanesulfonic Acid]. MES-Buffer has a pKa value near physiological pH, it is not absorbed through cell memberanes, and it is essentially transparent to UV light. A biological buffer mainly used in plant cell cultures.
