The Prestained Middle-Range DNA Marker is consisted of the following 9 fragments: 100 bp, 300 bp, 500 bp, 700 bp, 1,000 bp, 1,500 bp, 2,000 bp and 3,000 bp. The double stranded ladder can be visualized on 1.2% to 2.0% precast agarose gels or pure agarose gels in UV transilluminator. |

- Agarose gel analysis shows that the bands between 500 bp and 10,000 bp are accurate in size and distinguishable. The 3,000 bp band is easily identified than any other bands.
