Multiple Tag is a specially designed fusion protein that can serve as an excellent positive control for western and dot blots. This fusion protein is of 52 kD in mass. It contains 16 commonly used tags, which are listed on the table below, from the N-terminus to the C-terminus.

Reconstitution |
Add 200 µl of ddH2O to make the final concentration of 1 µg/µl in PBS Buffer. 0.04-0.2 µl of Multiple Tag is recommended for each lane of the minigel (for accurate loading, dilute with PBS Buffer). |
