Lambda DNA/ Hind III markers are made by digesting Lambda DNA to completion with Hind III. The resulting DNA were subjected to phenol-chloroform extraction and dialysis in 1 X TE (pH 8.0). It is supplied in gel loading buffer and can be directly applied on to agarose gel. The seven DNA fragments range from 564 to 23,130 base pairs.
