Patient-derived human primary tumor models (Cat.No.SC1552)

 

Patient-derived human primary tumor models are built by transplanting original patient’s tumor tissue portions into immune-deficient mice. Unlike xenograft models based on cell lines, patient-derived human primary models can better preserve the morphology and molecular markers of the source tumors, and imitate primigenial patient histopathology and gene expression profile. GenScript has collected and set up a tissue bank with a number of primary human tumor models, including kidney, colorectal, gastric, lung and liver cancer models for our customers.
