CEF21 is a CMV pp65 â recombinant protein used for pulsing of antigen-presenting cells, e.g. for research on dendritic cell vaccination, as well as for research on antigen delivery by antigen-presenting cells. CEF21 has HLA-B*0702-restricted epitope from cytomegalovirus (417-426) and is useful in applications such as ELISPOT, intracellular cytokine and CTL assays. |
