This is amino acids 412 to 420 fragment of the adenovirus (Ad) early DNA-binding protein (DBP). A comparison of the amino acid sequences of Ad2 and Ad5 DBP, both 529 residues long, reveals that the C-terminal 354 residues of both sequences are identical. Within the N-terminal 175 amino acid residues Ad2 and Ad5 show differences in nine amino acids. |
