Description

The 10 x Taq Buffer contains 500 mM KCl, 100 mM Tris HCl (pH 9.0 at 25°C), 15 mM MgCl₂, and 1% Triton X-100. This buffer is optimized for use with 200 µM dNTPs.Applied for PCR amplification.Store at -20℃.
