Kit Description:
Based on GenScript's One-Step WesternTM Blot technology, the One-Step WesternTM Complete Kit cuts total analysis time for Western and Dot blots down to just one hour. Both chemiluminescent substrates and chromogenic substrates, such as DAB and TMB, are compatible with this kit.
The One-Step WesternTM Kit with TMB contains WestClearTM Nitrocellulose Membrane(0.2 µm, L00224A60) and ChomoSensorTM One-Solution TMB Substrate (L00222V60). This kit is also compatible with Chemiluminescent substrate.

Western-blot detection of housekeeping protein α-tubulin.
Western blot for the detection of α-tubulin using One-Step WesternTM Kit Complete Using TMB (GenScript, L00205T) and Anti α-tubulin Monoclonal Antibody (abcam, ab7291). 10 µg, 5.0 µg, 2.5 µg, 1.3 µg, 0.63 µg, and 0.32 µg of Hela Cell Lysate (BD Biosciences, 611449) were loaded in Lane 1, Lane 2, Lane 3, Lane 4, Lane 5, and Lane 6, respectively. The blot was developed with the ChromoSensorTM One-Solution TMB substrate included in the kit.
