Kit Description

Based on GenScript One-Step Western^TM Blot technology, One-Step Western^TM HA-Tag Kit is designed for fast and sensitive detection of HA-tagged proteins by either Western blot or Dot blot.

One-Step Western^TM HA-Tag Kit contains all the reagents, membrane and HRP substrate for Western or Dot Blot, neither a primary antibody nor a secondary antibody is needed.

Western blot for the detection of HA-tagged protein using One-Step WesternTM HA-Tag Kit L00214. 10 µg, 5.0 µg, 2.5 µg, 1.3 µg, 0.63 µg and 0.31 µg of HA lysate (GenScript, M0004. 293 cells transfected with HA-tagged minigene, 55 kDa) were loaded in Lane 1, Lane 2, Lane 3, Lane 4, Lane 5 and Lane 6, respectively. The blot was developed with LumiSensorTM system included in the kit. Exposure time was 2 minutes.
