Based on GenScript One-Step WesternTM Blot technology, One-Step WesternTM DYKDDDDK-Tag Kit is designed for fast and sensitive detection of DYKDDDDK-tagged proteins by either Western Blot or Dot Blot.
One-Step WesternTM DYKDDDDK-Tag Kit contains all the reagents, membrane and HRP substrate for Western or Dot Blot, neither a primary antibody nor a secondary antibody is needed.

Western Blot for the detection of DYKDDDDK-tagged protein using One-Step WesternTM DYKDDDDK-Tag Kit L00215. 100 ng, 50 ng, 25 ng, 13 ng, 6.3 ng and 3.1 ng of DYKDDDDK-BAP (Sigma, P7582) were loaded in Lane 1, Lane 2, Lane 3, Lane 4, Lane 5 and Lane 6, respectively. The blot was developed with LumiSensorTM system included in the kit. Exposure time was 2 minutes.

Western blot for the detection of DYKDDDDK-tagged protein using One-Step WesternTM DYKDDDDK-Tag Kit L00215. 10 µg, 5.0 µg, 2.5 µg, 1.3 µg and 0.63 µg of DYKDDDDK lysate (GenScript, M0005. 293 cells transfected with DYKDDDDK-tagged minigene, 60 kDa) were loaded in Lane 1, Lane 2, Lane 3, Lane 4 and Lane 5, respectively. The blot was developed with LumiSensor TMsystem included in the kit. Exposure time was 2 minutes.
