Kit Description:
Donkey Anti-Goat IgG MagBeads (GenScript, L00332, 2 ml of 25% slurry) is a suspension of BioMag particles approximately 20-75 μm in sizes covalently coated with Donkey Anti-Goat IgG (H&L) [HRP] Polyclonal Antibody (GenScript, A00178). The beads are supplied as a suspension of 250 μl beads/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS, pH 7.4) containing 20% ethanol.
GenScript Donkey Anti-Goat IgG MagBeads display both high specificity and high affinity for goat IgG. It is an innovative tool for quick and easy goat IgG purification as well as proteins or protein complexes immunoprecipitation (IP) through goat primary antibody.
