Description:

GenScript Mouse Anti-Trx mAb MagBeads, with high specificity and affinity to thioredoxin (Trx), is ideal for quick and efficient purification of recombinant Trx fusion proteins and pull-down of Trx fusion protein-target protein complex.

GenScript Mouse Anti-Trx mAb MagBeads are superparamagnetic beads of average 40 μm in diameter, covalently coated with Thioredoxin Antibody, mAb, Mouse (GenScript, A00164). The beads are supplied as 25% slurry in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.4, containing 20% ethanol. The Mouse Anti-Trx mAb MagBeads have a binding capacity of more than 300 μg Trx protein (17kDa)/ml settled beads (e.g. 4 ml 25% slurry).
