Concentration:
200 µg of purified Multiple Tag (lyophilized)
Storage:
Store the protein at -20°C or below. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C or below.
Reconstitution:
Add 200 µl of ddH
2O to make the final concentration of 1 µg/µl in PBS Buffer. 0.04-0.2 µl of Multiple Tag is recommended for each lane of the minigel (for accurate loading, dilute with PBS Buffer).
