The Smart Prestained Protein Standard (Middle-Range), ranging in size from 10 kD to 110 kD, is a lyophilized mixture of six highly purified recombinant proteins covalently coupled to dyes. The apparent molecular weights of its six protein bands are 10 kD, 20 kD, 40 kD, 65 kD, 80 kD, and 110 kD, respectively. All the bands are blue except for the 65 kD band, which is red.Storage:
The product may be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, store at -20°C. After reconstitution, aliquot and store at -20°C.Reconstitution:
Reconstitute the powder with 500 µl of reconstitution buffer. We recommend 10 µl per lane of mini-gel.Application:
