| Full Name | | Rat Anti-Mouse Thy-1 (CD90) Monoclonal Antibody |
|
| Alias | rAmThy-1 |
|---|
| Description | CD90 (Thy1) antigen is a GPI linked glycoprotein member of the Immunoglobulin superfamily. It is expressed on murine T cells, thymocytes, neural cells, cells of granulocytic lineage, early hematopoietic progenitors, fibroblasts, neurons and Kupffer's cells. Thy1 may play a role in cell to cell or cell to ligand interactions during synaptogenesis and other events in the brain. |

| Ig Subclass | Rat IgG1 |
|---|
| Storage | Lyophilized: store at 4°C After reconstitution, if not intended for use within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C. |
|---|
| Stability | Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4°C |
|---|
| Concentration | 1 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstitution) |
|---|
| Clone | A00068.01 |
|---|
| Immunogen | Purified mouse LN T cells |
|---|
| Purification Method | Ion exchange column |
|---|
| Reconstitution | Reconstitute with H2O. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. |
|---|
| Applications | Cytotoxic and staining antibody. For staining, use 10 μl/106 cells. This antibody is extremely efficient for killing in vivo. Exact titer for cytotoxicity should be determined by the investigator. |
|---|
| Conjugation | Unconjugated |
|---|
| Host Species | Rat |
|---|
| Antigen Species | Mouse |
|---|
| Note | Briefly centrifuge the vial on a tabletop centrifuge to dislodge any liquid in the container's cap because small volumes of antibody will occasionally become entrapped in the seal of the product vial during shipment and storage. |
