| Applications | GenScript Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H&L) [HRP] is suitable for immunoblotting (western and dot blots), ELISA, immunoperoxidase electron microscopy, immunohistochemistry, and other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency. The investigator must determine the ideal working concentration for each specific application. The ideal working concentration must take into account such factors as secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, sensitivity of the detection method, temperature, and the length of the incubations. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product. ELISA: 1:10,000-1:50,000 Western blot: 1:1,000-1:20,000 Other applications: user-optimized |
