DescriptionGenScript Mouse Anti-GFP [HRP] Monoclonal Antibody is highly immunoaffinity purified from mice ascites by protein A and then conjugated to horseradish peroxidase. GenScript Anti-GFP [HRP] can be used to detect various forms of GFP proteins in western blot analyses.

StorageGenScript Anti-GFP [HRP] is best stored in lyophilized form until use. GenScript Anti-GFP [HRP] remains stable in lyophilized form for at least two years if stored at 2-8°C. Reconstituted GenScript Anti-GFP [HRP] can be stored for up to three months at 2-8°C or for up to two years at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing cycles.

The chart below may serve as a useful guideline, but secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, temperature, incubation time, and the sensitivity of the detection methods can all affect the ideal working concentration. We have not yet determined the suitability of this antibody for other applications. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product.

Western blot: 0.1-1 µg/ml
