| Full Name | | THETM Anti-HA-tag Monoclonal Antibody (Mouse) |
|
| Alias | Mouse Anti-HA-Tag Monoclonal Antibody |
|---|
| Description | GenScript Anti-HA-tag mAb (A01244) is a highly sensitive monoclonal antibody applicable to HA-tagged fusion protein detection. It belongs to our THETM elite antibody collection. HA, or human influenza hemagglutinin, is a surface glycoprotein required for human influenza virus infectivity. The HA tag does not appear to interfere with the bioactivity or the biodistribution of recombinant proteins. Anti-HA-tag mAb (GenScript, A01244) is a high-affinity monoclonal antibody that can be used to detect HA-tagged proteins. This product detects HA tags derived from an HA molecule corresponding to amino acids 98-106. It has been extensively used as a general epitope tag in expression vectors. |
|---|
| Ig Subclass | IgG1 |
|---|
| Storage | THETM Anti-HA Monoclonal Antibody (Mouse) should be stored lyophilized until use. It is stable in lyophilized form for at least two years if stored at -20°C. The reconstituted antibody can be stored for up to three months at 2-8°C or for up to two years at -20°C or below. Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles. |
|---|
| Specificity | THETMAnti-HA-tag mAb (A01244) recognizes C-terminal, N-terminal, and internal HA tagged-fusion proteins. |
|---|
| Concentration | 0.5 mg/ml, lyophilized with PBS, pH 7.4, containing 0.02% sodium azide |
|---|
| Clone | 5E11D8 |
|---|
| Immunogen | A KLH coupled synthetic peptide (YPYDVPDYA) |
|---|
| Purification Method | Protein A affinity column |
|---|
| Reconstitution | Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody (100 µg) with 200 µl deionized water (or equivalent) to the final concentration of 0.5mg/ml. |
|---|
| Applications | Working concentrations for specific applications should be determined by the investigator. The appropriate concentrations may be affected by secondary antibody affinity, antigen concentration, the sensitivity of the method of detection, temperature, the length of the incubations, and other factors. The suitability of this antibody for applications other than those listed below has not been determined. The following concentration ranges are recommended starting points for this product. ELISA: 0.05-0.2 µg/ml Western blot: 0.1-1.0 µg/ml Immunoprecipitation: 1 µg/ml Immunofluorescent staining: 1 µg/ml Other applications: user-optimized
