DescriptionS6c, as a selective ETB endothelin receptor agonist. its administration can cause a transient fall in mean arterial blood pressure (MABP) prior to occlusion and attenuated the fall in MABP induced by coronary occlusion.
SolubilityInsoluble in water. Peptide is very acidic.Rehydrate 100 mg of peptide with at least 1ml of pH8.0 buffer orrehydrate the content with 30 ml-100 ml DMSO - then dilute up the content with water to the desired concentration.
