Please avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. |

Analysis by RP-HPLC, using a calibrated solution of IFN-alpha 2b as a Reference Standard. |
| Sequence analysis | The sequence of the first five N-terminal amino acids was determined and was found to be Cys-Asp-Leu-Pro-Gln. N-terminal methionine has been completely removed enzymatically.
